Florence is Assurance’s Accounting Director and has been with the firm for over 15 years.
Prior to joining Assurance, Florence was the accounting officer of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, a well-established MNC. She joined Assurance in 2012, managing our accounting and secretarial departments in Singapore and Malaysia.
Deeply knowledgeable about financial compliance, tax and accounting, Florence has advised and consulted clients on these topics across multiple domestic and international operating locations.
Florence’s illustrious portfolio consists of multinational manufacturing companies, agencies, local SMEs, associations, clubs, schools and churches.
Florence holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Finance from Swinburne University and is an affiliate member of CPA Australia. She is also a Singapore Practicing Management Consultant (PMC), and is a practising member of the Chartered Secretaries Institution of Singapore (CSIS).
Fay Tan

Fay heads the audit unit of Assurance. She began her audit career in 1998 with Ernst & Young, before joining the firm in 2018, and eventually becoming an Audit Partner.
With over 20 years of audit experience across Malaysia and Singapore, Fay has consulted for both listed and non-listed companies/organizations (including multinational companies, statutory board, school and charitable organizations) in various industries, such as shipping, construction, retail, trading and services, manufacturing, oil and gas, real estate, hospitality, food and beverage.
Fay is a practising member of the Institute Singapore of Chartered Accountants and is an Associate Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Su Miang is the audit manager of Assurance.
He started his career as an audit associate in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, with a local audit firm for 4 years, before joining a mid-sized audit firm in Singapore. Su Miang joined Assurance as a senior auditor in 2016 and was promoted to become an audit manager in the year 2019.
With over 8 years of experience in Malaysia and Singapore in the auditing and taxation fields, Su Miang has extensive experience servicing a multitude of industries across construction, trading and services, retail, food and beverages, manufacturing, investment holding and charity verticals.
Su Miang holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from Multimedia University, Malaysia and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
